What is Clockless?
Clockless is a working hours reporting service for Microsoft Teams, made in Australia by Xcelerent Pty Ltd. It reads each person's Teams status every 5 minutes and turns it into a live board and weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports — with nothing installed on staff computers.
How it works
Your Microsoft 365 administrator approves Clockless once. It can see Teams status and the staff list — not email, chats or files.
Send the written notice (we supply the template) and record its date. Nothing is collected for 14 days, as NSW and ACT law requires.
Every Monday morning, last week's hours arrive by email with a spreadsheet. The live board is there whenever you need it.
What you get
Who is Available, Busy, Away or Offline right now, and since when — on your PC or phone.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly: active hours, start and finish times, and Teams messages, calls and meetings.
Each person gets their own state's public holidays, so a Perth colleague isn't counted absent on WA Day.
Set your working week. Public holidays, closure days and Out of office days carry no target.
Every report comes with the full figures attached, ready for your own records.
On the Branded plan, reports carry your logo, colours and company name.
Privacy by design
An availability record, not a timesheet or pay record.
Pricing

A$6per person / month
First month free on both plans. Minimum 3 people. Yearly billing costs 10 months' price. Prices in Australian dollars, billed through your Microsoft account via Microsoft Marketplace. Cancel any time.
